Pyrenean Mastiff
Summary
The Pyrenean Mastiff is distinct from both the Spanish Mastiff and the Great Pyrenees, despite sharing the same region of origin. It is a giant breed originating from Aragon, in northeastern Spain, where it protected flocks during the transhumance drives between lowland pastures and the Pyrenean mountains. It is a loyal and gentle guardian, with a remarkably balanced temperament.

Temperament & Personality
The Pyrenean Mastiff has a gentle and sociable temperament that contrasts with its enormous size.
